How can I make a reservation?

How can I pay for a reservation and what is the amount (deposit) to reserve?
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, Mbway and the amount to reserve is 20% at the time of booking and the remainder must be paid at check-in or 1 day before arrival, for groups the rules may be different.

What is the cancellation policy?
It will be according to the dates and the type of accommodation booked.

What time can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in will be from 2:00 PM and check-out has a fixed time of 11:00 AM.

Can we arrive after reception closing hours?
Yes it is possible, but it must always be communicated in advance so that our team is prepared to receive you.

What type of sanitary facilities are available?
There are Glamping tents that have their own sanitary facilities and there are public bathrooms.

Are Glamping and pre-assembled tents rented with bed linen and towels?
Yes.

Yes, WiFi is free throughout the park.

Is there a supermarket and restaurant in the park?
Yes, there is 1 supermarket, 1 restaurant and an ice cream shop.

There is a space with tanks suitable for washing clothes.

Is it allowed to have barbecues?
Yes, it is allowed but only in the areas designated for this purpose.

Does the park have shaded areas?
Yes, there are areas that can be rented with shade.

We do not have camping equipment to rent.

Yes, there is a playground, a treetop adventure park and a games area.

How to get to Tavira Island?
You can reach the island by boat, with regular services, which crosses daily from the pier in Tavira or Quatro Águas and there is also the possibility of Aquataxis.
