The following cancellation policy applies to all types of accommodation
(Free Camping, Alvéolos, Pre-Pitched Tents and Glamping)

• All reservations require a 20% deposit at the time of booking.
• Free cancellation is available up to 15 days before the check-in date.
• For cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in, the 20% deposit will not be refunded.

In case of early departure or no-show, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the category.
